The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment to ensure optimal performance. This role supports the maintenance of company assets, emphasizes workplace safety, and requires effective documentation and communication with cross-functional teams. The technician plays a key role in minimizing downtime and contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the facility.

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.

• Collaborate in a team environment to ensure operational success.
• Adhere strictly to all plant safety regulations.
• Document tasks and time using the CMMS program.
• Coordinate with Supervisors, Schedulers, and Process Engineers to optimize operations.
• Work weekends or overtime as required.
• Provide support to other departments when necessary.
• Contribute to waste reduction through continuous improvement initiatives.
