Brand Ambassador:

Gordon Water Systems is a family-owned business that specializes in the sales, installation, and maintenance of water softening, rust removal, chlorine removal, and reverse osmosis equipment. We also offer bottled water and salt delivery for both commercial and residential customers. With locations in downtown Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Rockford, and Portage, we are dedicated to providing clean water solutions to our customers. We are an authorized Kinetico water treatment equipment dealer and the first company in West Michigan to receive the Water Quality Association (WQA) Mark of Excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Brand Ambassador for our Grand Rapids location serving the West Michigan and Lakeshore territory. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting and increasing brand awareness by being out in the community by developing relationships, attending events and providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers. The Brand Ambassador will also be flexible and able to work in a fast passed environment.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
Experience in Brand Ambassadorship and Customer Service
Knowledge and skills in promoting Brand Awareness
Passion for clean safe drinking water 
Sales and Marketing experience
Ability to work independently and as a team
Excellent organizational skills
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
