Position Title: Summer Intern
Department: Sales
Location: Request Foods, Holland, Michigan
Reports To: Senior Director of Sales or designee.

Position Overview

The Summer Intern will work closely with assigned departments to support ongoing projects, conduct research, and gain practical experience in their field of study. This internship is designed to provide exposure to real-world business challenges and foster professional development, in alignment with both organizational objectives and the intern’s learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day tasks in the assigned department.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support ongoing projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on work and findings.
• Collaborate with team members and other interns on cross-functional projects.
• Shadow staff in various departments to gain a broad understanding of company operations.
• Support event planning and coordination as needed.
• Learn and become proficient in internal software systems.
• Maintain documentation and reports related to internship activities.
• Presentation to leadership team at the conclusion for the internship.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an accredited undergraduate program. (list department)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Work Hours & Duration

• 40 hours/week
• Internship duration is based on academic requirements and calendar.
