Ann M. Harten is the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Haworth, where she oversees all HR initiatives, leveraging her extensive experience in both public and private sectors. With a background in IT and business management, she brings a unique perspective to strategic conversations within the executive team. Harten's global perspective, honed through extensive international travel, informs her approach to talent selection and strategic decision-making. Prior to joining Haworth, she held senior leadership positions at SIRVA, Inc. and Boise Cascade Office Products. Harten's expertise extends beyond her role at Haworth, as she chairs the board for Priority Health Insurance, Feyen Zylstra, and Hello West Michigan, among others, and serves on various advisory boards, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and leadership.
