Reimagine Education

Featuring Guest Speakers, Dave TeboTravis Williams

Our education system is one of the most efficient systems ever created. It is based on a century old model that sorts, ranks, and categorizes students to prepare them for work. This model was extremely efficient and successful for past generations of students. However, today the model is simply not adequate for our students, educators, and employers.

Just imagine if we could launch an education initiative that transformed not only where and how learning was happening, but also yielded results that made educators excited about the future possibilities for school. Imagine a system where kids were engaged in learning that had relevance, context, and meaning to the student and the teacher. Imagine a system that was designed around what is best for student development and brain growth while at the same time connecting students to their community.

We are excited to share that a collaboration of leaders in our community have joined up with our location educators to do just that. Join Travis Williams, CEO of the ODC Network and David Tebo, Director of Innovation from the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District as they share about a new initiative that is getting big results for our students, teachers, schools, and community.
