The Customer Service / Accounting Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors and provides administrative and accounting support to the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, working closely with Service, HR, and Accounting teams. The right person for this role is organized, has strong customer service fundamentals, is excited to take on new projects and learns quickly, and is comfortable replying and routing inbound customer calls and emails, and using digital tools.
