Getting Buy-In for the DEI Work 


This interactive course is designed for West Coast Chamber leaders and organizations who value diversity and desire to create inclusive cultures. Participants will walk away with practical strategies for how to obtain buy-in from leaders and other key stakeholders across the organization. They'll also learn the difference between "calling in" vs "calling out" as a strategy for getting buy-in. The session will include a “Getting Buy-In” Cheat Sheet filled actionable best practices.

This is an interactive session. Be prepared to have your video cameras on and to share. See you there!
