Join us as we welcome Dr. Tracy Brower, who will share key secrets to achieving happiness in the workplace. Too often, the best things about work are weekends and vacations. But work can be a positive opportunity for meaning, energy, and happiness. And based on all we’ve been through, this is a perfect opportunity to reset, reimagine and re-energize as we embrace our work in the future. Dr. Brower will lead us through a lively discussion about thriving, happiness, and engagement—the myths, the mindset, and the methods to fuel positive experiences of work. You’ll hear new perspectives, fascinating research, and fresh viewpoints on the journey, and how we’ll succeed and thrive in the future of our work.  



About Tracy Brower, PhD, MM, MCRW

Dr. Tracy Brower is a PhD sociologist studying work-life fulfillment and happiness. She is the author of The Secrets to Happiness at Work and Bring Work to Life. She is the vice president of workplace insights for Steelcase and a contributor to Forbes.com and Fast Company. Her work has been translated into 17 languages, and you can find her at tracybrower.com, LinkedIn, or any of the usual social channels.
