After completing this workshop, you will be able to: 

  • Discover the 6 signature traits of inclusive leadership
  • Learn why commitment is critical; without it, the other attributes can't be developed 
  • Understand the visible awareness of bias and its importance in leadership

Darryl is an experienced facilitator and teacher with expertise in sales, leadership training, high-level creative thinking, and curriculum development. Darryl is a dynamic speaker who engages participants and challenges them to think in new ways. He has taught numerous leadership development sessions and loves working with cohorts to help them grow and implement new strategies into their daily lives.
