Leading a team successfully isn’t a skill that comes naturally to most managers. Whether you’re a new manager, experienced manager, or aspired to one day lead a team, this training will provide you with a practical set of tools to reduce frustration and self-doubt as you establish yourself as a leader.

In this 4-hour workshop, Dan will introduce attendees to the four pillars of leadership success: embracing your role, managing yourself, leading your team, and mastering your communication. The workshop will engage participants with self-reflection, collaborative exercises, and practical content they can carry with them on their leadership journey.
