While juggling an ever-growing list of responsibilities, how do organizational leaders build an affordable, effective, scalable, and sustainable way to consistently identify and develop next generation leaders? The answer...is giving People Leaders at every level of the organization, the mindset and skill set to coach and develop those they manage.

In this workshop, we’ll demonstrate that when a coaching approach becomes integrated into a company’s culture, all the important ‘bottom line’ HR metrics improve.  What is increasingly apparent is that the vast majority of the workforce wants to work for an organization that can truly help them grow. In order for this to happen, managers, who are responsible for 70% of the variance in employee engagement, must move from ‘boss’ to ‘coach.’
