Effective Communication During Uncertain Times

 There is no doubt that physical distancing, remote working and uncertainty all have an impact on how, when and what we communicate. Being an effective remote worker, managing time and virtual interactions are essential. Discover strategies that make us better employees, better communicators, and most importantly better people.


After completing this workshop, you will be able to: 

  • Understand the 7 C's of effective Communication
  • Manage nonverbal interactions
  • Identify Action steps of change and how to help people work through them in order to become more resilient 


 

Zoe Carmichael 

Zoe Carmichael is an experienced professional in corporate training with a focus as a teacher, trainer, facilitator and speaker coach. With over 17 years as a teacher and trainer, Zoe brings a wealth of experience and real life-stories to make session content come alive for the participants. Additionally, Zoe has engaged in numerous volunteer roles as a speaker coach for organizations that include Ted-X and Art Prize.
