Rebecca has dedicated her career to understanding people and companies, by helping them uncover the challenges and opportunities that they face and to then create solutions for their success. As a People Strategist with HR Collaborative, her focus is building relationships in West Michigan and along the Lakeshore, connecting companies with the solutions they need in the HR space. With an intentional approach to communication and a curious nature, she takes pride in connecting the dots for companies to ultimately make work better for all levels of the workforce.

As Director of Client Services at West Michigan Law, it is my pleasure to help draft legal documents, manage client workflows and estate plan signings, and collaborate with other professionals. It is my privilege to ensure attention to detail in all of it - because our work will affect your future, and the future of others. 

I studied Political Science and Religion as a Hay Scholar at Carthage College. Focusing specifically on Public Law and Judicial Politics, these studies fueled my love for justice and excellence as a part of the every day. I graduated summa cum laude with an award for “Outstanding Senior in Political Science.” 

I am an Ambassador with the West Coast Chamber of Commerce, a member of Inforum, and I formerly served on the board of directors for the Noon Rotary Club of Holland. Networking and continuing education enhance my ability to serve people and promote growth in all areas of our community.

I currently reside in Holland, Michigan with my wonderful husband Lucas, a fellow Carthage College alum. We currently have four children. (Ask me why we need more foster parents in Michigan!) I love learning ballet as an adult and going for hikes with my Doberman-Lab mix, Dublin.

I love my job because I get to spend my time working with clients to help them achieve their home ownership goals. Those goals can look very different from client to client. And even very different for the same client at different stages of life.
